The secretarial institute is meant to serve for another aim, which is to cover an absolute shortage of qualified christian secretaries in Nepal. We believe this institute will serve to our mission in two directions; first positive outcome is to educate our christian children for entering the market and gain job and position in the rapid developing business circles, second to evangelize non christian children who would admit to the institute for professional education. the institute is meant to give high standard and practical education to the students. The institute shall provide all the necessary facilities such as computers for practical study.
The institute will absorb highly qualified faculty group who would teach the latest improved lessons of business administration, short hand, computer operation, office coordination management, English language, accounting, export-import rules and regulations, public relationship, and other subjects. the institute will be headed by a highly qualified principal, a faculty group of six teachers and professionals, accountant, registrar, technician, maintenance and cleaning will be the rest of the staff required to run the institute. The institute will try to affiliate with an international institute for correspondence courses providing certified and approved certificates, which would be accepted and honored worldwide.
Our plan is to have long and short term courses, the long-term courses will contain all the necessary units and one-year graduation, for the case of short-term courses the recommended students who would need to study one or few subjects will be accepted for the particular subjects and will be provided with unit graduation certificates. Since the secretarial institute is located in a christian business center established in the first quarter of 2019, we plan to provide practical three months job training to specifically our christian graduates and selectively to those of deserving talented unbelievers.
